I work alone in the studio, moving between canvas, color and gesture. The process is slow, deliberate and led by intuition.

Start with a feeling.
I begin with a mood, a palette or a texture, then let the painting unfold through gesture and intuition.

Build the surface.
I layer paint, wash and mark-making until the canvas feels alive, expressive and resolved.

Let the work breathe.
Once a piece is finished, I step back and let it stand on its own. The studio is a place for making, not for overthinking.
